Most engagements follow this basic process:

Step 1: Discovery

This involves a comprehensive assessment that identifies the needs in your organization. We call it the Global Discovery® process. The results may surprise you! What you may think is happening may not actually be what’s really happening. That’s why Global Discovery® is so powerful. You’ll receive a report that provides a high-level outline of the issues, the proposed solutions, and possible quick-hit projects that can be tackled first.

Step 2: Project Proposal

After the Global Discovery® process is complete, you’ll receive a formal proposal that outlines the recommended plan of action. The proposal will explain which of the Propel Change Global methodologies will be deployed in your project (such as Quantificient®, Simple Change System®, Forte Assessment, Inspirational Leadership® and others) and explain how the consulting support will be delivered (e.g., onsite consulting or a hybrid approach.)

Step 3: Project Execution

Once we’ve reached agreement on project scope and process, the work begins. Propel Change Global consultants leverage the skills and talents of your people as much as possible and keep everyone informed throughout the entire process.
